like classic cars if someone buys some from a junkyard restores them completly can the just put them in their parking lot put a sticker on it and sell it or is that illegal? It’s not a yard sell and I own the parking lot

I recently bought an old classic car, it’s been sitting since 1979, the original owner lost the title a long time ago. The car hasn’t been registered in so long I’ve been told it shouldn’t be in the DMVs computer system. How do I register it so I can start driving it.

I’m thinking of buy a classic car, maybe a 57 caddy but that has low gas mileage. Is there any way to improve the MPG? Do you think the gas will drop? When? I was planning on using my classic to go everywhere like work, bowling, college, etc.
